By submitting you are authorizing Beep-a-Geek Computer Services to charge your credit card for $2 per minute of remote support up to the maximum amount specified and you are allowing a Beep-a-Geek Computer Services technician to remotely access this computer in order to perform services related to the problem(s) specified. If resolution will take longer than allotted you will be asked whether you want to increase the maximum or discontinue service at that time. If you discontinue service you will still be charged for the time spent.

Upon submission you will be directed to a secure website where you will be given instructions on installing a small applet that will allow the technician to access your computer. Technicians are not always available but you will be placed in a first-come, first-served queue.
